Client Onboarding

Let's build your strategy — before our first conversation

Two short, confidential instruments help us understand your goals and your comfort with risk. Complete them at your own pace, and we'll arrive at your consultation already prepared with ideas tailored to you.

Two steps to get started

There's no cost and no obligation. These instruments simply give us a head start — so the time we spend together goes toward strategy, not filling out forms. We recommend completing the Risk Tolerance Questionnaire first.

Step 1 · Start here

Risk Tolerance Questionnaire

Twelve questions that identify your investor profile across five risk categories — covering your time horizon, your need for liquidity, and how you respond when markets move. Takes about five minutes, and produces a signed PDF summary for your records. Available in English and Spanish.

Step 2 · Complete after the RTQ

Client Financial Profile

A brief picture of your goals, your time horizon, and the types of accounts you hold. For your security, this form never asks for Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive identifiers — we handle those only through a secure channel. Available in English and Spanish.

What happens next

We review your profiles. Your advisor studies both instruments before your consultation, so the conversation starts with real context instead of basic questions.

We prepare your analysis. We research strategies and options aligned to your situation — coordinated across investments, retirement, protection, and taxes.

We meet. We sit down together to discuss your strategy, answer your questions, and decide the next steps at your pace.

Please note

Completing these instruments does not constitute an investment advisory agreement or a recommendation. They are used solely to support our professional assessment of your situation. Have a question before you begin? Reach out to us first.
